Power To Impose Restriction On Driving Motor Vehicle
Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Act, the Department may impose restriction on driving any motor vehicle in any public place having regard to
public security and welfare of the general public. Where restriction is so imposed, the Department shall cause to be posted, displayed or affixed a notice thereof at that place.
